Family values are deep-rooted in Azerbaijan, and have been passed down from generation to generation since time immemorial. Care of youngsters, and respect for the elderly are cherished traditions in our country.
On October 27, the Global Influencer Day took place at the Heydar Aliyev Centre.
Vice-president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva attended the event.
The Global Influencer Day was held in the framework of the Innovation Week being realized with the joint organizational support of the Ministry of Transport, Communication and High Technologies and the Heydar Aliyev Centre.
Development of human brain during the information era was talked about at the event. The Global Influencer Day, realized in the framework of the Innovation Week, jointly organized by Keepface DMCC and FA International Trade Events, was appreciated as the manifestation of the importance attached by the state to communication and marketing technologies in Azerbaijan.
Among the speakers was also robot Sophia, a holder of artificial intellect. She said Azerbaijan, which has brought representatives of different cultures and religions together, has great potential.
Then, Leyla Aliyeva became acquainted with the exhibition “Phobia Viar” arranged in the Heydar Aliyev Centre. “Phobia Viar” is one of the biggest centres of virtual reality in Azerbaijan. Visitors may here become acquainted with various progressive devices related to high technologies. This centre is presented not only as a Game Zone, but also a centre where software associated with virtual reality are created. The centre has been carrying out application of virtual reality in the sphere of art in museums.
At the end of the event, Leyla Aliyeva conversed and then was photographed with robot Sophia.
