First Vice-president of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva met Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili who is on an official visit to Azerbaijan, February 27.

Expressing delight in seeing Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili in Azerbaijan, Mehriban Aliyeva said she was confident this visit would contribute to widening of the relations between our countries further.

Saying she was glad to undertake a visit to Azerbaijan, President Salome Zurabishvili noted the significance of the meetings she has had here in terms of advancing our relations.

Exchange of views took place at the meeting on the perspectives of cooperation between the countries in various spheres.
