28/02/2019

On February 28, premiere of the spectacle produced on the basis of motives of “Little Princess” by renowned French writer Antoine de Saint-Exupery took place on the scene of the State Musical Theatre.

Vice-president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva attended the premiere.

Before the premiere, producer of the show, People’s Artist Jannat Salimova shared her impressions of the spectacle.

In the plotline of the show, travels of the little princess to various planets are  described graphically. Her intercourse with characters she encounters on the way gives philosophical messages to the audience, and the world of the elderly, their thoughts, life philosophy and love themes are explained with the eyes of a child, and using edifying words.

The show’s design is unusual. Beautiful performances by actors and ballet artists synchronically with animations displayed on the background on large monitors, rich and attractive dances, the brilliant synthesis of the performers’ acts with the events happening on the monitor are also a novelty on the theatre’s scene.

The scene graphics of the show, which aroused much interest, belongs to Mehdi Mammadov, and video installations to the Baku Media Centre.
