On May 9, Vice-president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva visited Psychoneurological Social Service Establishment No.1 in Buzovna settlement of Baku.
Established in 1974, Psychoneurological Social Service Establishment No.1 in Buzovna settlement was basically repaired and commissioned into operation in February this year. Conditions meeting contemporary standards have been created here after the reconstruction works, to ensure health and comfort of the inhabitants.

Having arrived at the event, Leyla Aliyeva met here and talked with inhabitants, and enquired about the conditions existing here and the treatment of people of this category.

Persons that have not reached the stage of psychic symptomatology and in need of social service are admitted to the establishment.
