We've been setting this exhibition up for nearly two years. I believe that its language – the language of Art – eloquently conveys the great accomplishments our country has made in all spheres of achievement.
An exhibition called “Possible Dimensions” by world-renowned artist Zurab Sereteli opened at the Heydar Aliyev Centre, May 22.
Being implemented in the framework of the joint cooperation between the Moscow Contemporary Art Museum and the Russian Academy of Artists, the project is a continuation of the series of exhibitions dedicated to the artist’s 85th anniversary of Zurab Sereteli.
Vice-president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva attended the exhibition’s opening ceremony.
Director of the Heydar Aliyev Centre Anar Alakbarov and culture minister Abulfas Garayev spoke at the event.
Then, Abulfas Garayev presented an Order of Friendship to Zurab Sereteli.
Speaking at the event, Zurab Sereteli thanked the Heydar Aliyev Foundation for the support provided in the organization of the exhibition.
Rector of the State Art Academy, People’s Artist Omar Eldarov talked about the creativity of Zurab Sereteli.
Then, visitors became familiarized with the exhibition.
Over 30 paintings and statues brought from Moscow, Tbilisi and London are displayed at the exhibition.
The exhibition will continue until August 25th.
