Family values are deep-rooted in Azerbaijan, and have been passed down from generation to generation since time immemorial. Care of youngsters, and respect for the elderly are cherished traditions in our country.
On July 5th, an event called ”I am a graduate of “SABAH” took place.
Vice-president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva attended the event.
First, Leyla Aliyeva, Education Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and the participants became familiarised with an exhibition called ”I am a graduate of “SABAH”.
At the event, which started with the state anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was, thereafter, shown a video about the activities of “SABAH” groups.
Education Minister Jeyhun Bayramov addressed the event.
The symbolic key of “SABAH” was given to students of the 3rd group.
At the end of the event, the anthem of “SABAH” groups was performed.
The event ended with an artistic part.
“SABAH” groups were established in 7 higher education institutions, on 34 specialties, in the course of the education year 2014-2015. At the moment, “SABAH groups cover over 2300 students on 39 specialties at 12 higher education institutions.
701 “SABAH ”graduates are finishing their studies in the education year 2018-2019.
