Family values are deep-rooted in Azerbaijan, and have been passed down from generation to generation since time immemorial. Care of youngsters, and respect for the elderly are cherished traditions in our country.
On September 9, official opening of the exhibition “Make the Earth Smile” by “Nargiz” team took place in the Seaside National Park.
Called “Make the Earth Smile”, this environmental project consists of 13 installations combining 13 most critical human activities that are especially damaging for the Earth. The project aims at training the young generation to a new lifestyle that would have a positive outcome.
Some 150 people, including Leyla Aliyeva, supporters and friends of “Nargiz”, representatives of foreign countries in Azerbaijan, representatives of ministries, people of art, and holders of galleries joined the ceremony. Education Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, who visited the exhibition, offered an environmental project for future cooperation with “Nargiz” Print house. Thereafter, the team of “Nargiz” Print house, led by Ulviyya Mahmudova, planted an olive tree in the Boulevard.
The exhibition “Make the Earth Smile” will continue until October 5th. Entrance is free.
