On October 20, a concert dedicated to the State Independence Day of Azerbaijan took place in the park of the Heydar Aliyev Centre.

A number of well-known persons, intelligentsia and Vice-president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva attended the concert.

The concert started by the composition “Garabagh”, jointly performed by “Natig” Rhythm group and “Mirvari” dance group.

Then, stars of the Azerbaijani variety Murad Arif, Roya and Miri Yusif performed their famous songs.

Well-known Azerbaijani singers living in Russia, such as Elman, Ellai, BahhTee participated in the music evening as special guests, performing their popular compositions.

Then, singer-composer, People’s artist of Azerbaijan Emin appeared on the scene. He performed a series of songs from his repertoire. The songs dedicated to Azerbaijan sang Emin together with other artists, and the audience.

Thousands of people attended the concert arranged in the park of the Heydar Aliyev Centre, with numerous Azerbaijani flags waving everywhere.
