First Vice-president of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva and her daughters Leyla Aliyeva and Arzu Aliyeva visited the Rehabilitation Centre for Children with Autism Syndrome operating under “Together and Healthy” Public Association in Narimanov district of Baku, December 30.
First Vice-president Mehriban Aliyeva celebrated the 31st December – the World Azerbaijanis’ Solidarity Day and the New Year at the Rehabilitation Centre for Children with Autism Syndrome, which has been operating with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
Children with autism demonstrated their skills.
First Vice-president Mehriban Aliyeva sang a song together with the choir operating under the Centre.
Then, Mehriban Aliyeva baked a cake together with children, and talked with them.
A graduate of the Centre, currently a 2nd grade student of the Azerbaijan Culture and Art University Alisahib Bayramov and other children performed various songs on piano.
Vice-president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva too performed a music.
Thereafter, the First Vice-president tasted the cake they baked together with children suffering from autism around a tea table.
Chairperson of the public association Aytan Eynalova told that up to 70 children were benefiting from intensive care at the Centre. Properly trained specialists are taking care of children here.
First Vice-president Mehriban Aliyeva congratulated the Centre’s staff, the children being treated here and their families on the World Azerbaijanis’ Solidarity Day and the New Year, wishing them successes.
