The book “The world melts away like a dream” by Leyla Aliyeva - a renowned Azerbaijani poetess, laureate of the Pushkin Gold Medal and “Key to Life” Award of a US Charitable Association - translated into the Georgian language, was printed in Georgia.
Published at “Merani” printing-house of Georgia, which enjoys a rich literary tradition, the book contains over a hundred poems such as “The Night”, “I don’t believe”, “A Poet”, “A flower of love”, “A Hope”, “What is life, what is death?”, “My burden”, “Sometimes it is impossible to cry when you are distressful” etc.
The translator of the poems and author of the foreword is renowned Georgian poetess, laureate of Ilia Chavchavadze, Galation Tabidze and Anna Kalanadze awards, chairperson of the Georgian Writers Union Makvala Gonashvili.
