On February 3, Leyla Aliyeva visited Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi.
The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is one of the six largest mosques in the world, named after Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the founder and first President of the United Arab Emirates. The construction of the mosque began in 1996. The mosque is designed to accommodate about 50,000 worshippers at a time. The Holy Quran is continuously recited within this grand mosque.
