Vice-president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva has initiated a charity event in Moscow on the occasion of Nowruz holiday.

Organized by the Russian representation of the Foundation and the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour in Moscow, the event saw distribution of presents among children from poor families, including Nowruz sweeties, books and keepsakes.
