After the speech by Farhad Abdullayev, the Chairman of the Constitution Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the state anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was played.

Then the President-elect took the oath of office by the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Qur’an.
