We've been setting this exhibition up for nearly two years. I believe that its language – the language of Art – eloquently conveys the great accomplishments our country has made in all spheres of achievement.

Then Leyla Aliyeva arrived at Special Boarding School No.7 in Saray settlement of Absheron district.
With support from the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, major reconstruction works were carried out here in 2010. The opening ceremony had been attended by Mehriban Aliyeva, the President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. The boarding school complex includes an administrative building, four-storied accommodation building, a sports building, a canteen, a kitchen, a laundry and other facilities. After the reconstruction, the boarding school has been provided with up-to-date inventory and equipment, and all conditions have been created for children’s normal residence. Boys and girls with mental disability aged 4 to 18 are admitted to this establishment. Currently there are 138 children in this boarding school. Individual sleeping and play rooms have been created here for each group. Trainings are conducted for children in need of special care. A small baking house has been put into operation in the courtyard of the boarding school. This will ensure that children are provided with quality bread and other floury products.
