On August 26, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva and Vice-president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva attended the inauguration of a new building of Secondary School No.23 in Baku.

The Head of State cut the ribbon symbolising the inauguration of the school.

President Ilham Aliyev and Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva acquainted themselves with the conditions created in the school.

A literary and artistic composition was demonstrated by the school’s pupils.
