Vice-president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, head of IDEA Public Union Leyla Aliyeva attended the official reception arranged within the framework of the 21st Conference of the United Nations on Climate Change (COP21), December 7.
The official reception was arranged by the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy of this country. French President Francois Hollande attended the reception.
