Vice-president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, head of the Foundation’s Russian Representative Office Leyla Aliyeva congratulated children on the New Year and Christmas holidays.

Following Leyla Aliyeva’s initiative, 1000 books and sweets were delivered to the Saviour Christ Cathedral to be handed over to children from low-income families and pupils of Sunday schools. 

At the holidays, inmates of children homes from 30 regions of Russia received Christmas gifts on behalf of Leyla Aliyeva.
