At the second session of the 4^th Global Baku Forum on “Towards Multipolar World” held with organizational support of the Nizami Ganjavi International Centre, broad discussions took place on the theme “Global Responsibility for Syria: Towards an Action Plan”. 

Vice-president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, chief coordinator of the Islamic Cooperation Organization’s Youth Forum Leyla Aliyeva attended the discussions. 

The session hosted by head of Sweden’s diplomatic mission in Syria Peter Semnebi was attended by president of Italian Association for International Organizations, the country’s former foreign minister Franco Frattini, Canada’s former prime minister Jean Chretien, former president of Croatia Stephan Mesich, former president of Lebanon Amine Gemayel and Turkey’s former foreign minister Hikmet Chetin.
