Another publication of the Translation Centre under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan – the book “The World is Melting Like a Dream...” by young Azerbaijani poetess Leyla Aliyeva was published. 

The book “The World is Melting Like a Dream...” is the first collection of poems of Leyla Aliyeva printed in Azerbaijani. The book starts with the essay “Over The Clouds”, where Afag Masood shares her views of the poetess’s creativity. 

Author of the interlinear translation of the poems collected in the book is Zahid Mammadov; artistic translation was done by Afag Masood. The publication’s editor is Yashar Aliyev, artistic designer Agil Amrahov.
