We've been setting this exhibition up for nearly two years. I believe that its language – the language of Art – eloquently conveys the great accomplishments our country has made in all spheres of achievement.
On December 2, Azerbaijani cookery expert, writer and photographer Stalik Khankishiyev presented his books “Kazan, kulinarniy samouchitel” and “Plov, kulinarnoye issledovaniye” at “Art Garden” Exhibition Hall, with the organizational support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
Vice-president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva attended the event.
First, film director Shamil Najafzadeh’s documentary about the Azerbaijani cuisine was presented.
Minister of Culture and Tourism Abulfas Garayev, chairperson of the Azerbaijan Ashygs Union Maharram Gasymly and People’s Writer Chingiz Abdullayev delivered a speech at the event.
The presentation ceremony ended by a music programme.
