On December 17, “Zima” Child Variety Music Festival took place, enjoying great success, at the main scene of the country – the Heydar Aliyev Palace.

Vice-president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva attended the event.

This was not a coincidence. Leyla Aliyeva has always supported interesting actions and events, and talented youth, and has been mostly playing the role of an initiator and organizer of large-scale interesting projects. It should be mentioned, in particular, that the idea of holding “Zima” Festival came from Leyla khanum’s sons – Ali and Mikail.

Festival’s organizer – BEAT GROUP Company – has bestowed a true music festivity upon Baku residents. The main Gala-concert, brilliant and colourful show and hundreds of child smiles will remain in the memories of visitors and participants of the festivity. The Festival has been held with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan.

As is well-known, every talented child, if wished, could have been a participant of this festival. For this purpose, it was sufficient to perform a favourite song, record it as a video data and send to the organizing committee. After the strict selection by the jury, 22 young talents passed to the finals. Aysel Afandiyeva, Aytan Hajiyeva, Aliya Aliyeva, Atilla Mammadov, Bahar Babazadeh, Lala Zeynally, Maryam Maygari, Nazrin Asadova, Nargiz Aliyeva, Nemat Taghiyev, Nigar Bayramly, Nigar Rahimova, Nuru Gasimov, Rustam Karimov, Rufat Mammadov, Sabina Abbasbeyli, Sabina Guluzadeh, Sevil Asadullayeva, Suada Alakbarova, Timur Narimanov, Farid Huseynov and Fidan Huseynova appeared on the scene at the Gala-concert. Finalist of the project “Golos.Deti” Azer Nasibov, who had come specially from Saint Petersburg to support the show participants, was a star-guest of the Festival.

A group of talented specialists worked on the project. Honoured Person of Art Ulviyya Konul was the director of “Zima”. Show was hosted by Ranar Musayev and Suel Heybatova. Music producer of the project was Rustam Rzayev, vocal teacher Honoured Artist of Ukraine Rimma Shapovalova. Zumrud Mirzaliyeva has worked on children’s images, Yelena Rybalko was the executive producer.

Performer of every piece of music, a unique event of the Festival, was welcomed and seen off by prolonged applauses. After the performances came to an end, participants were presented a certificate of the Festival. Nazrin Asadova was given a voucher to Paris Disneyland.
