On July 18, the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the Confucius Institute at the Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL), and the Baku Book Center co-organized an evening dedicated to ancient Chinese philosophy and culture, entitled "The Confucius That We Don’t Know."  

Leyla, Aliyeva, Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, founder and head of the IDEA Public Union, visited the “Malham Hospital” in Baku.  

On July 17, a newly renovated courtyard encompassing multi-story residential buildings and housing over 3,500 residents in the Yeni Gunashli “AB” residential area of Baku’s Surakhani district was opened for public use. The event was attended by Leyla Aliyeva, Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and founder and head of the IDEA Public Union.  

On July 16, Leyla Aliyeva, Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, founder and head of IDEA Public Union, participated in the opening of the "National Parks - 12 Wonders of Azerbaijan" photo exhibition dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Azerbaijan’s environmental protection efforts.

On July 16, Oguljahan Atabayeva, daughter of the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, and Leyla Aliyeva, Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, visited the Azerbaijan National Carpet Museum.

On July 16, Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva met with Oguljahan Atabayeva, the daughter of the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

During their visit to Khizi district, Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, founder and head of IDEA Public Union Leyla Aliyeva, and head of the Baku Media Center Arzu Aliyeva attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the reconstruction of the Rehabilitation Center for Wild Animals at Altiaghaj National Park.  

As part of their visit to Khizi district, Leyla Aliyeva, Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, founder and head of the IDEA Public Union, and Arzu Aliyeva, Head of the Baku Media Center, visited the Dadashov family in the Altiagac settlement, one of the participants of the “Young Beekeeper" project.
