Kindergarten №325 of the Baku City Executive Authority in the Yasamal District was put into operation after major repair and reconstruction, July 10. Azerbaijan’s First Lady, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva and Foundation’s Vice-president Leyla Aliyeva familiarized themselves with the conditions created at the kindergarten after the repair and reconstruction.

It was informed that with total area of 2100 sq.m., the kindergarten has been in use since 1963. Repair and reconstruction works in the two-storied building commenced seven months ago and was completed with excellent quality. The kindergarten’s yard was improved, more than 300 evergreen trees and over 2 thousand decorative bushes have been planted in the territory. At the same time, necessary conditions, various play points have been created and swings installed for children’s entertainment in the kindergarten’s yard. 100 children in 5 groups will be taught as a preschool education at the kindergarten.

Mehriban Aliyeva checked the rooms and inquired about the conditions created for children. It was noted that children aged 3 to 6 mastering the preliminary phase of education will also be taught music and go in for sport. The kindergarten has been supplied with every type of teaching aids. There is a medical point, kitchen, library, study rooms, bedrooms and canteen at the kindergarten. 26 teachers will be engaged in the education of children.

Mehriban Aliyeva inquired about children’s feeding and rest conditions.

Then gifts from the Heydar Aliyev Foundation – 2 refrigerators, 2 TV sets and 2 carpets and an electronic piano – were presented to the kindergarten.

Mehriban Aliyeva said she was satisfied with the works done.
