Today, we would like to talk about a miraculous country of Azerbaijan with its unlimited natural resources, centuries-old culture, history and ancient people, whose lifestyle presents a unique and harmonious combination of the traditions and ceremonies of different cultures and civilizations.
Baku is the capital of the Republic of Azerbaijan. It is a large scientific, cultural and industrial center.
Located in the south-west of Azerbaijan, the region of Upper Garabagh comprises the following administrative districts: Aghdam, Fuzuli, Jabrayil, Khojaly, Khojavand, Shusha, Terter and the town of Khankendi. At the moment Khojavand, Khojaly, Shusha and Jabrayil Districts, as well as Khankendi town are completely occupied by the Republic of Armenia, whereas the territories of Aghdam, Fuzuli and Terter Districts are under partial occupation.
Sheki is one of the most ancient cities of Azerbaijan. It is mentioned as Shaki, Sheka, Shakki and others in a number of medieval sources.
Located in the northeast of Azerbaijan, the region of Guba-Khachmaz comprises the administrative districts of Shabran, Guba, Gusar, Khachmaz, and Siyazan.
Balaken locates at the foot of the mountains and is one of the beautiful places of Azerbaiajan.
The region of Ganja-Gazakh is located in the western part of the country and comprises the administrative districts of Aghstafa, Dashkasan, Gadabey, Gazakh, Goygol, Samukh, Shamkir and Tovuz, as well as the towns of Ganja and Naphthalan.
The region of Mereze was an administrative territorial unit of Azerbaijan during 1920-1930.
The region of Nakhchivan comprising the area of the Autonomous Republic of Nakhchivan shares a border with the Republic of Armenia in the north and east, the Islamic Republic of Iran in the south and the Republic of Turkey in the south-west. The region consists of the town of Nakhchivan and the following administrative districts: Babak, Julfa, Kangarli, Ordubad, Sadarak, Shahbuz and Sharur.

First of all we should state that the place where Ali-Bayramli locates now has very interesting history. Beginning with the 2nd-3rd centuries till the Middle Ages the ancient caravan ways crossed today's place of location of Ali-Bayramli and related all the territories of Azerbaijan.
