Nurseries-kindergartens are commissioned into operation in Mardakan and Bina settlements following the Heydar Aliyev Foundation's initiative

On November 12, Azerbaijan’s First Lady, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva and the Foundation’s Vice-president Leyla Aliyeva attended the inauguration of nursery-kindergartens in Mardakan and Bina settlements of Khazar district, Baku.

First, opening of Nursery-kindergarten No.91 in Mardakan settlement took place, after reconstruction.

Operating since 1963, the nursery-kindergarten has been reconstructed within the framework of the “Development of preschool education establishments” Programme in 2015, following the Heydar Aliyev Foundation’s initiative. The building is two-storied. While 75 children used to be educated at this establishment earlier, now 200 children at the age of 2 to 6 will be covered with care. A professional staff will engage in children’s education at this kindergarten, which will operate in 10 groups. The establishment has been provided with necessary inventory. All necessary conditions have been created here to reveal children’s skills and talent. In special circles, children will be taught Russian and English. Greenery planting works have been carried out in the front yard of the nursery-kindergarten, and entertainment facilities installed.

Gratitude was expressed on behalf of residents to Head of the State Ilham Aliyev and President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva for the works done in the district, including the construction of the new kindergarten.

Then opening of Nursery-kindergarten No.84 named after Arastun Baylarov in Bina settlement took place.

Operating since 1984, the kindergarten was dismantled in May this year, and a new two-storied kindergarten was built in its place, following the Heydar Aliyev Foundation’s initiative, within the framework of “Development of preschool education establishments”. All conditions have been created here to ensure the education of 109 children in 10 groups. Vast possibilities exist at the nursery-kindergarten for children’s rest and entertainment. All rooms have been provided with necessary equipment. Various amusement facilities have been installed in the kindergarten’s front yard, and decorative trees planted and green area created.
