Vice-president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva paid a visit to the boarding house in Bilgah for the disabled of war and labour.
Leyla Aliyeva met with the elderly residing here, and talked to them.
A music programme was arranged for the inhabitants of the boarding house.
The boarding house for the disabled of war and labour has been operating since the 60s of the last century. A new building constructed at the boarding house was commissioned into operation in 2013.
Leyla Aliyeva regularly visits this boarding school and inquires about the wishes and problems of the elderly.
The Heydar Aliyev Foundation, along with children’s homes and boarding schools, regularly meets with the elderly, inquires about their problems and keeps their health condition under control. The elderly residing in the boarding house for the disabled of war and labour in Bilgah settlement are medically examined at various healthcare institutions, and concerts and festivities are arranged for them on holidays.
