On March 18, Leyla Aliyeva, Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, visited the Mountain Jews Museum in Guba’s Krasnaya Sloboda settlement.  

On March 18—the day marking the last Tuesday before Novruz—a Novruz celebration was held for the children of Azerbaijan’s heroic martyrs with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.  

An exhibition titled “The Mystery of the Rose” by Belarusian sculptor Andrey Ostashov opened at the Heydar Aliyev Center on March 14. The event was attended by the Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Leyla Aliyeva, and Arzu Aliyeva.  

On March 14, with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, another Iftar ceremony was organized during the holy month of Ramadan.

On March 14, another phase of distance Chinese language education at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) was inaugurated.  

The Union of Artists of Azerbaijan, in collaboration with VarYox culture and art platform, presented the 2025 edition of "Her Art in Action", an annual festival dedicated to highlighting female artistic practices.  

As part of "Sports Week," a women's cycling marathon was held in Baku on March 8, organized by the Azerbaijan Cycling Federation, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency (AYNA).  

First Vice-President of Azerbaijan, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Mehriban Aliyeva, along with her daughters, Leyla Aliyeva and Arzu Aliyeva, visited the Alexander Nevsky Russian Orthodox Church in Ganja.

During her visit to Ganja on March 6, First Vice-President and President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva, along with her daughters Leyla Aliyeva and Arzu Aliyeva, visited the Perinatal Center of Ganja City United Hospital.
